CCA 1 – Stipulated Price Sub Contract (2021)

Description

Standard subcontract form between prime contractor and subcontractor where payment is based on a stipulated or fixed price. Users can choose between the refer-by-reference or standalone approaches simply by completing either Articles 1A, 2A and 3A or 1B, 2B, and 3B (not both) and discarding the other. Using this document requires using a Copyright Seal – purchase of the electronic document includes 2 free seals with purchase. “Signing” originals must have a copyright seal affixed to the contract. Additional copyright seals can be purchased from SICA as required.
