Standard contract between Design-Builder and Consultant to perform the Design Services required under a design-build contract between Owner and Design-Builder. Using this document requires using a Copyright Seal – purchase of the electronic document includes 2 free seals with purchase. “Signing” originals must have a copyright seal affixed to the contract. Additional copyright seals can be purchased from SICA as required.
