CCDC 30 – Integrated Project Delivery Contract (2025)

Description

UPDATED 2025 – CCDC 30 provides a standard multi-party contract solution for IPD methodology. It’s the first IPD contract made in Canada exclusively for Canadian construction projects. Using this document requires using a Copyright Seal – purchase of the electronic document includes 2 free seals with purchase. “Signing” originals must have a copyright seal affixed to the contract. Additional copyright seals can be purchased from SICA as required.
