Description

Standard service contract for use between Owner and consulting engineer. This contract allows for a variety of types of remuneration, including the use of fixed fees, fees based on the value of the Work, fees based on time-based rates, or any combination therein. Using this document requires using a Copyright Seal – purchase of the electronic document includes 2 free seals with purchase. “Signing” originals must have a copyright seal affixed to the contract. Additional copyright seals can be purchased from SICA as required.
