Description

UPDATED 2025 – Standard contract between Owner and Construction Manager for which the Work is to be performed by Trade Contractors. The Construction Manager acts as a limited agent of the Owner providing advisory services and administering and overseeing the contracts between the Owner and Trade Contractors. Using this document requires using a Copyright Seal – purchase of the electronic document includes 2 free seals with purchase. “Signing” originals must have a copyright seal affixed to the contract. Additional copyright seals can be purchased from SICA as required.
