Description
PUBLIC OWNER MEMBER is reserved for municipalities, towns and regional districts, school districts, colleges and universities, health and other authorities, Crown corporations, and other public-sector agencies who are engaged in infrastructure planning and procurement. Such membership shall carry no fees unless the option to have voting rights is exercised.
