Course Format
Instructor Led Training – Live and Online
This course is delivered live online by the instructor via ZOOM. Access details and course materials (if applicable) will be provided to you in advance of the training.
Please note: Some courses may require specific software (e.g., Bluebeam Revu). Please ensure you have any required applications installed before class begins.
Course Requirements (Technology and Participation)
This course requires full, face to face interaction between the instructor and participants. To attend and successfully complete the training, please ensure you have the following:
- Computer or Laptop WITH Webcam
- A webcam is required for live participation and engagement with the instructor and classmates.
- You will view slides, videos and other content, and interact through chat and discussions.
- Tablets and cellphones are NOT permitted.
- Reliable Internet Connection
- A stable, high speed connection is required for smooth audio and video throughout the session.
- Quiet, Distraction Free Space
- Plan to be fully engaged during the class. Please clear your work schedule just as you would for an in person session.
- Full Attendance
- Attendance for the entire scheduled duration of the course is required to receive a Certificate of Completion.
Course Specific Requirement:
Please ensure you meet the following requirements:
- Please go to the Revu > About menu in the upper left corner of the Bluebeam interface. You’re required to have Version 2018 or newer for our Bluebeam courses. If this same windows say Unassigned at the top, your IT department needs to assign you a license so you can login and use Bluebeam software. Make sure this is complete prior to class start time. If you don’t currently have a license of Bluebeam Revu, you can download a free trial here.
- Attendance via tablet or phone is not recommended. You should have a mouse with a scroll wheel when attending this class. In Bluebeam there are several right-click shortcuts, and the wheel will help you zoom in/out on documents.
- 2-screen computer set-up is highly recommended. This will allow you to watch the instructor on one screen while practicing on the other.

Cancellation Policy
ALL PROGRAMS AND COURSES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
Instructor Led (Live & Online) and In Person Cancellation Policy
- Refunds: Cancellations made at least 5 business days before the course date will receive a full refund.
- Transfers: If you can’t attend, you may transfer your registration to a future session of the same course (if available) at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 5 business days before the course date.
- No-Shows: Participants who do not attend (“no-shows”) will not receive a refund or transfer.

E-Learning Cancellation Policy
- Refunds: Cancellations made before course access is issued will receive a full refund.
- After Start: Once a participant has been given access to the e-learning course, no refunds or transfers will be provided.
