Mandatory Course for Gold Seal Certification!
For owner/clients, contractors, supervisors, project managers, etc. who must deal effectively and professionally with employees, subtrades, owners, clients, engineers, employers, and the public.
Understand ethics as it relates to the construction industry and learn how to navigate daily ethical grey areas.
Course Content:
- Understand what is included in “ethical behaviour”
- Be aware of the importance of ethics in business
- Know how to make ethical decisions
- Recognize ethics in the context of the law
- Understand the direct link between ethics and a company’s success
This course uses interactive elements, scenarios, videos, and quizzes to reinforce learning.
This course has been accredited by the Canadian Construction Association (CCA). It is available in both English and French and will work on all major browsers and multiple devices including: tablets, IPads and smart phones.
Duration: 3 hours
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available to download.

- Refunds: Cancellations made at least 5 business days before the course date will receive a full refund.
- Transfers: If you can’t attend, you may transfer your registration to a future session of the same course (if available) at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 5 business days before the course date.
- No-Shows: Participants who do not attend (“no-shows”) will not receive a refund or transfer.

E-Learning Cancellation Policy
